Brendan has 30 years’ experience in the construction and development of large commercial and residential projects, including modular construction. Brendan is a DBIA Design-Build Professional and with multiple LEED accreditations. Brendan serves on the Planning Commission for a major San Francisco Bay Area City.

Dave served as the lead litigator for one of the largest and most respected real-estate law firms in California. Dave recently, quit the firm and joined our team. California is known for putting up barriers to any type of construction, and Dave has the capacity to push through these barriers.

Mike has 35 years of experience in construction, ground up and all aspects of large multifamily capital improvements projects. Mike recently sold his business and joined our firm.
